FLOW Studio was developed through an understanding that traditional therapy and medicine do not provide all that we need to heal and maintain wellness. Wellness of mind, body, and spirit allows us to live in balance and peace. FLOW holds value in individualized healing rather than standardized treatments. Tairesha Flemister, LMSW

Through my professional and personal experiences, I've come to know that everyone needs support to thrive and evolve into better versions of themselves. My support will provide you accountability and community around mind, body, and soul wellness. I can attest that optimal wellness sprouts healing, growth, and opportunities that were once unimaginative. I am here to support your journey in ways that traditional western practices do not.


With a background in Social Work and Human Behavior, I act as an intuitive therapist, sound healer, and reiki practitioner within FLOW Studio. I am honored to hold a sacred space filled with empathy, vulnerability, and love together.

The journey of growth is beautiful and unique for each of us. With a background in western medicine, I have experienced firsthand that wellness extends beyond medicine itself. My journey has given me the understanding that we must work through mind, body, and spirit to heal. Growth is a lifestyle that requires support from a community committed to awareness and self-love. I am grateful for the ability to hold space with you during your journey and provide my personal and professional knowledge.


Within FLOW Studio, I act as a yoga instructor, reiki practitioner, intuitive eating guide, and breathwork facilitator. I look forward to surrounding you with love, acceptance, and transparency as we work together.
